Are we still shipping during coronavirus?
Yes, our online shipping services are fully operational. Please be aware there may be a possibility of unexpected short delays to orders during this period.
One of our team will be in contact with you if there are any changes to your selected delivery time, and we ask our customers to be understanding in this challenging period.
When will my order arrive?
UK Economy services will generally take from 2 working days to deliver but may be subject to further delays at the present time.
UK Economy shipping is a 3-5 working day service. Please note our UK Premium 1-2 working day DHL shipping service is no longer offered in current the Coronavirus situation.
If your order is ‘Awaiting Fulfilment’, this means we have successfully received your order and it is currently being processed and packed ready for delivery.
As soon as your order is marked as ‘Shipped’ you will receive a tracking number from us so you’ll be able to follow the parcel.
Can customers catch coronavirus from the mail?
Public Health England has advised that there is no perceived increase in risk of contracting the new coronavirus for handling post or freight from specified areas. Royal Mail advice: “From experience with other coronaviruses, we know these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels.”
